On the steps of the Capitol building in Juneau
Noon – 1:00 p.m.
As we pause each year to remember those unborn children who have died by abortion we are moved to work towards sparing their lives and helping those people who see abortion as the only way to cope with problem pregnancies.
It’s time once again for our Rally for Life, Juneau’s annual assembly. This year our rally will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016. It is the 42nd anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision removing all legal protection for the unborn child. It is impossible to assess the harm done to our country after 42 years of unrestricted abortion.
Keynote Speaker: Samantha Alexander
Samantha Alexander was born and raised in Alaska and has been married for 21 years and has 3 sons. She has worked as either a volunteer or staff for the Pregnancy Center in Fairbanks for 15 years. Samantha is especially focused on raising awareness among teens about the consequences of premarital sex, and makes regular presentations to Fairbanks area schools.
