The Catholic Diocese of Juneau is seeking an innovative leader to oversee the Shrine of St. Therese. This position is responsible for long-range planning; developing and administering programs, financial plans, day-to-day activities, and policies and procedures; and promoting active and broad community participation in all aspects of the Shrine mission. The position includes responsibilities for communications, marketing, and public relations; fundraising; human resources management; budget and finance; and facilities, site, and grounds management. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and organizational skills, experience working with nonprofit Boards, experience with planning and executing fundraising activities and events, and strong leadership skills. The position is a salaried 30 to 37.5 hour per week position with excellent benefits.
